title: The Tale of Despereaux
A long, long, time ago, an undersized mouse named Despereaux was born. He was two times smaller than a regular mouse. One day Despereaux sees a beautiful princess and falls in love. The head mouse found out Despereaux would have to be hanged. Two guards take Despereaux to the dungeon. It was a long way down to the dungeon. When they finally get there, it is pitch black. Despereaux sneakily escapes. He ran as fast as his little legs can go. When Despereaux gets out of the dungeon, he hears the princess has been kidnapped by the evil rat Botticelli. Despereaux gets a needle as a sword. Will Despereaux kill Botticelli. Will Despereaux save the beautiful princess? Read the tale of Despereaux to find out. This book is a good mystery book.
